After transaction is approved, no refund is available. We advise you to read well each product’s description before purchasing; or write us about any products details before purchasing, and we will reply to you in a very brief delay.
For warranty claim, please write us; and if there is a need, we will send you manufacturer’s contact information.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Please do not send back your purchase before contacting us.
EXCHANGES (IF Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received; or when wrong items are sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lassbeautify@outlook.com, the exchange request must include the following details:
• Invoice Number
• Item’s title
• Clear image of the item(s)
• Detailed description if needed
Exchangeable items must be:
· Weave and Braiding Hair provided in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
· Sealed Hair & Skin Products in their original sealed condition.
Items exempt from being exchanged:
· Final Sale Items
· Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
· Any item to be exchanged more than 10 days after receiving it.
· Unsealed items, including those that originally didn’t have a seal, as spray bottles, jars, hair dye, tubes, pump bottles, containers, etc…
· Unpackaged and/or loose merchandise (accessories, jewelry, etc…)
Due to Covid-19 and other hygiene reasons for the health & safety of everyone, some products do not offer us the security to resell them, and they exempt from being exchanged; so, the following items are considered as Final Sales:
· Caps, Wraps, Durags, Bonnets, Scarfs and any form of headgears.
· Wigs, Ponytails and Buns, Clip-in Extensions, Tape-on Extensions
· Tools & Accessories.
· All items that are manufactured without a seal.
Customers are responsible for shipping cost of exchange. Before shipping out, please contact us at lassbeautify@outlook.com, to get approval and instruction for the exchange.
You should consider using a trackable delivery service, we do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
If we receive your package and items don't meet code of exchange, your package will be returned to you at your cost.
SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES (IF Applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending us your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive no refund since you will change with the same item.
You should consider using a trackable delivery service, we do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
If we receive your package and items don't meet code of exchange, your package will be returned to you at your cost.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
