SHIPPING POLICY
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $79.99 before tax.
We ship all over Canada.
Unfortunately, in the meantime, we do not offer international shipping.
Local: In-store & Curbside Pickup are available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes & Air drop are not available currently.
Our charges are in Canadian Dollar for your purchase and shipping fees.
For orders under $75, we offer several shipping methods by Post Canada, live shipping rates will be applied at checkout.
Depending on the locations, some are excluded from free shipping on orders over $75 - live shipping rates apply to the area. These areas can contact us before purchasing to have their Free shipping, but in conditions different than this of 75$ to have their free shipping.
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, using Canada Post, offering Expedited Parcel (basic shipping method) or Xpresspost.
We are not responsible for the shipping delays of Post Canada. Otherwise, if any unexpected shipping delays happened, this may be due to weather conditions (as thunderstorms, snow tempests, ...), or holiday events.
Once shipped, all orders will be provided with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. The customer will receive both by email.
Delivery time could be 2 - 4 business days for Quebec & Ontario; 3-10 business days for all other provinces and territories.

Monday - Thursday: After 14h, processing the next business day

SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is important that you verify your address before submitting your order. Please make sure to indicate apartment unit number if applicable. If an order is returned to us by the shipping company because of incorrect address and incurs charges; the customer will be responsible for those charges. Otherwise, we are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. A refund will be issued to you at the same method of payment excluding the shipping and handling charges.
For order combination, if you forgot to add something, it’ll be only possible before the order being fulfilled or shipped, we will try to help you write us at: lassbeautify@outlook.com.
To cancel an order made by error, please write us at: lassbeautify@outlook.com, and we will try to help, but it is not guaranteed to be canceled by us.
